Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ajolito Woodworks!

Due to size, weight, and cost, we do not ship large items (Furniture, Planters).

Delivery of these large items is limited to a radius of 50 miles from Spartanburg SC (Delivery fee based on distance).

 

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Tracking your order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your
order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
